Shipping Policy

All orders for in stock items are processed within 1 to 5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped. 

When a product is listed as Pre-Order, the product is not yet in stock but is available to purchase. Once you place your order, we will provide you with an approximate shipping date for your item(s). Please be aware that Pre-Order dates are approximate and subject to change. We will notify you if the ship date changes. 

In some cases, your order may arrive in multiple shipments. For example, if you ordered a BioVYZR, you may receive the filters and the power bank in a separate shipment. Please contact  if you do not receive your complete order within 7 days of the first shipment.

Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. VYZR Technologies is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer. 

Shipping to the All International Destinations

For shipping to all other international destinations, we recommend using a 3rd Party Shipping Forwarder to get a US address. We strongly recommend using MyUS for the best shipping rates to all international destinations. MyUS will provide you with a US address for us to ship your order to. Once we deliver your order to your MyUS mail box, they will ship your order by DHL, FedEx, UPS (etc.) to your country.

If you are placing an order for an international destination, please make sure to have your account set up before you place your order. When placing your order, please use your MyUS address. 

There are many 3rd Party Shipping Forwarders so please be sure to see which company is best for shipping to your country.

How do I check the status of my order?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available. 

If you haven’t received your order within 7 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at with your name and order number, and a member of our team will look into it for you.

Shipping to P.O. boxes

We do not ship to P.O. Box addresses. If you have placed an order with a P.O. Box address, please reach out to our customer service team to change the shipping address: 

Refunds, returns, and exchanges

Please note that our products are considered personal use goods and we do not accept returns . For more information, please see our Return and Cancellation Policy for the most up to date details. 

In the event that your product arrives damaged, please email us as soon as possible at with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address such issues on a case-by-case basis and will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
