Return and Cancellation Policy

UPDATED: For Orders Placed After January 15th, 2021

Due to the severity of the current situation, as of January 15, 2021, VYZR Technologies will no longer be accepting returns. The BioVYZR is a personal use item and as such cannot be returned for refund. 


 For Orders Placed Before January 15, 2021

The BioVYZR is a first generation product developed to meet the unique demands of a rapidly changing global situation. For orders placed before January 15, 2021, we accept returns 14 days from the date of receipt under the following conditions: 

  • Only unworn, unused, or unopened items are eligible for return.  All returned items must be in their original condition with all packaging in the original condition. Returned items must be shipped back in their original shipping box with all the components included in one shipment. 
  • If the above applies, you may reach out to our Customer Experience Team via email at to initiate a return. Please be sure to include the words “RETURN” and your four-digit Order Number in the email subject line. 
  • Once we receive your email, a member of our team will provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) Form to complete and send back to us. The form MUST be included with your return. Please keep in mind that we do not cover the shipping cost for the returned device. We advise that you hold onto your tracking information as we are not responsible for lost packages by the carrier.
  • Once we receive the returned device at our warehouse, it will take approximately 30 business days to inspect and process a refund. Please note that if the returned item does not meet the conditions laid out in Part 1, VYZR Technologies can refuse to accept the return and a refund will not be approved. 
  • When a return is accepted, a refund will be approved and issued. Please note that it can take 5-7 business days for it to reflect in the original method of payment.
  • All USA orders must ship returns to Allentown, Pennsylvania, USA. All Canada orders must ship returns to Concord, Ontario, Canada. Exact return addresses will be provided by our customer experience team during the return process. 
  • At this time, we do not accept returns on International orders for customers residing outside the USA and Canada.
  • CANCELLATIONS: Orders may only be cancelled before they are fulfilled. If any part of your order has been fulfilled,  you must follow the above return procedure for a refund. If an order is cancelled before any items are fulfilled, please allow 15-20 days for the refund to be issued back to your original method of payment.
